I've got 2 new users, awaiting confirmation....though I have no idea who they are...or how they got here....has anyone invited more folks to join?

Names are StevenCaroline and JulianMichelle

Names seem kinda Bot-ish to me, but I wanted to see if any of you know who they are before I take any action. If they're new legitimate users, I imagine they would have posted something, but I've got nothing....so anyone know?
